Why am I having trouble streaming the workouts?
We would ask anyone experiencing any technical difficulties to complete the following steps,
1. Close down your browser, clear your search history, then reload a new page.
2. Try using google chrome as we often find this works best with this application
3. Close down any other tabs / Apps open on the device
4. Reboot your internet router
