How does the Plan work?

The first Yoga Blitz Plan is a 90 Day Challenge. We give you a new workout for each of the 12 weeks. The workout is 15 minutes long plus a 5 minute warm up and a 5 minute coolddown. 

We have split it into 5 minute routines in the Workout Library– three for the main workout plus a 5 minute warm-up and 5 minute cool-down. You have 2 warm-ups and 2 cool-downs to choose from to go with the 12 week Plan.

You can do the workout in one extended 15 minute workout, or split it up into separate 5 minute workouts, the fat burning effect will not be affected if you do it this way.
